Class Schedule

Monday to Wednesday classes run 7–8 pm for all levels.
Saturday kids’ class from 9–10 am, fun and engaging.

Saturday 10-12 noon, Focused training to improve technique, speed, strategy, strength, and performance for Capoeira competitions. Open to all levels.

For those arriving by train, the Elizabeth line Woolwich Station is just a 3-minute walk from our front doors, equipped with lifts, escalators, and stairs for easy access. Alternatively, the Woolwich Arsenal DLR and National Rail stations are approximately less than 7-minute walk away on Woolwich New Road.

If you prefer a scenic route, the Uber Boat by Thames Clippers RB1 service stops at the Woolwich (Royal Arsenal) pier, a mere 2-minute walk from the Acosta Dance Centre.
